My name is John McWhinnie and I am the director of Lead Generation Scotland Ltd, a local SEO and digital marketing company based in Edinburgh serving Scotland. I have providing SEO services to companies in Scotland since October 2017 with a background working in sales in marketing from the age of 17 years old.

Initially I launched Clyde Coast Design in my hometown of Greenock.  After years of designing local websites with what I would describe now as more basic local SEO built into them, I decided to focus more on lead generation and improving my local SEO knowledge and ability.

I launched Lead Generation Scotland Ltd in November 2019, eventually moving to Edinburgh in 2021. The business has been a success with year on year growth, keeping clients in Glasgow and the West of Scotland, whilst winning new ones in Edinburgh and on the East Coast.
